Follow along and perform each exercise in the order that it is listed.  Try your best to perform all the Sets & Reps for each exercise. NOTE: If you are a Beginner, you might want to come back to these workouts after you’ve gone through and completed all the training routines listed in my Handstand Push-Up Guide (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced Levels).  I highly encourage you to do this as a way to help reduce your risk of injury.
